New content related to interpersonal skills will be reviewed on Friday.

Pre-work is essential. Once you enroll, a document will be sent with the pre-work requirements. We see great success on AIC exams after attendance at this seminar and proudly state that 80% of participants pass on their first attempt of the AIC exam. Many of our clients comment on how much shorter the learning curve for their new staff is after understanding auto and property wordings.

Participants receive over 400 practice exam questions in preparation for the AIC Exam. Exam questions are reviewed throughout this seminar to ensure understanding of the materials.
